- The term of the Gift Card is indicated directly in the message with the card.
- The Gift Card can only be used and/or reloaded at selected adidas stores listed at http://www.adidas.pl/kartapodarunkowa or on the Website.
- The recipient can use a maximum of 10 Gift Cards per order.
- To use the Gift Card on the Website, the 19-digit Card number and four-digit PIN must be entered when finalizing the order on the Website.
- After each use of the Gift Card by the Recipient, the purchase amount will be deducted from the balance of the respective Gift Card. The remaining balance can be used during subsequent purchases.
- The Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash, nor is any change issued from it.
- The Gift Card authorizes the purchase of all items available in the chain's offer for the amount of the nominal value of the Card.
- If a purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the Card, the customer is required to pay a surcharge for the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the Gift Card.
- In case of return of products purchased online with the Gift Card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the respective Gift Card. In such a situation, the original expiration date of the respective Gift Card will continue to apply.
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate card in case of loss, theft or expiration. Locking and reserving the Gift Card is not possible.
