In the case of payments for an amount less than or equal to the value of theAllegro gift card, with delivery costs of PLN 0, the amount of PLN 1 will be charged in order to authorize the payment.
- The expiration date of the Allegro gift card is indicated directly on the gift card.
- The Allegro Gift Card does not cover shipping costs.
- The Allegro Gift Card can only be used on the website https://allegro.pl including via the Mobile Application, excluding Allegro Locally.
- You can use more than one Allegro Gift Card in a single payment - a maximum of 15. This does not apply to purchases in the Mobile App. The amount of the purchase you pay with the cards cannot exceed PLN 4,000.
- The Allegro Gift Card can not be used in case of installment payments.
- The Allegro Gift Card cannot be used in the category: "Collectibles and Art", as well as in the subcategory: "Codes and Refills" from the category: "Culture and Entertainment", as well as for products offered only with electronic delivery.
- In the case of payments of amount less than or equal to the value of the Allegro Gift Card, with delivery costs of PLN 0, an amount of PLN 1 will be charged to authorize the payment.
- The Allegro Gift Card cannot be combined with other codes e.g. from coins.
- The Allegro Gift Card may be redeemed only once in a single payment for Goods in a Transaction, which may be a Transaction for one or more Goods from one or more sellers for which a single payment will be made.
- In case when the amount used in a Transaction is less than the value of the Allegro Gift Card, the User will receive a new Card, which will be assigned to his/her Allegro Account, with a new value equal to that remaining after the original Allegro Gift Card has been used. The expiration date and terms of use of the new Allegro Gift Card will be the same as the original Allegro Gift Card.
- The Allegro Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash in whole or in part and cannot be returned to the Issuer.
- If a purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the Allegro Gift Card, the Customer is required to pay a surcharge for the amount representing the difference between the value of the goods purchased and the nominal value of the Allegro Gift Card.
- If you return all the Goods that were the subject of a Transaction paid for using the Allegro Gift Card, you will receive a new Gift Card with the same nominal value as the Allegro Gift Card used in that Transaction. The Allegro Gift Card will be assigned to the Allegro Account where the original Allegro Gift Card was used. The expiration date and terms of use of the new Allegro Gift Card will be the same as the original Allegro Gift Card.
- The first use of the Allegro Gift Card on the Site, i.e. entering and confirming the numerical code representing it, will assign the Allegro Gift Card to the User's account in question. This means that the use of this Allegro Gift Card under another account will not be possible.
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate card in case of loss, theft or expiration of the Allegro Gift Card. Locking and reserving the Allegro Gift Card is not possible.
