- Answear gift card can be redeemed only at https://answear.com.
- The gift card can be used repeatedly, i.e., until the assigned amount is exhausted or the gift card expires.
- It cannot be redeemed for installment payments.
- More than one gift card can be used when placing one order.
- It is not exchangeable for cash in whole or in part and cannot be returned to the issuer.
- If a purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the card, the customer is required to pay a surcharge for the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the Gift Card.
- The value to be used on the Gift Card also covers the delivery costs of the goods purchased under the Transaction.
- The use of the Gift Card does not exclude the User's use of discount codes or participation in the ANSWEAR Club, under the terms of separate regulations.
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate card in case of its loss, theft or expiration. Locking and reserving the Gift Card is not possible.
- Return of goods purchased with the Gift Card by the User is possible according to the rules of the ANSWEAR.com store. Refunds for returned goods are made electronically to the Gift Card in the form of a new Value to Use in a situation where the payment for the goods in a given Transaction was made exclusively with funds from the Gift Card.
