How to use

The e-gift card Biedronka can be redeemed in Biedronka stores to purchase goods or services. Payment by e-code Biedronka at the line checkout is made by presenting the e-code Biedronka to the cashier in the ladybug store by the user. Payment by Biedronka e-code at the self-service checkout is made by following the instructions displayed at the self-service checkout. At the time of purchase by the user of goods or services, the balance of the e-code will be reduced by the amount of the price due for the goods sold.

How to use Biedronka E-gift card

  • The Biedronka e-code is valid indefinitely.
  • The Biedronka E-code can be redeemed at any store of the Biedronka network throughout Poland.
  • The Biedronka Gift Card can be redeemed only upon its presentation.
  • The user may use the Biedronka electronic gift card repeatedly until the cash limit assigned to the e-code is exhausted.
  • The Biedronka Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash, nor is any change issued from it.
  • The Biedronka gift card authorizes the purchase of all items available in the offer of the Biedronka network for the amount of the nominal value of the E-code. However, the Biedronka E-code cannot be used to pay bills at checkout (such as electricity, water, gas).
  • If a purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the Biedronka gift card, the customer is required to pay a surcharge for the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the E-code.
  • It is not possible to issue a duplicate card in case of loss, theft or expiration. Locking and reserving the Biedronka Gift Card is not possible.
