How to use the Briju gift card

1. The term of the Gift Card is indicated directly in the message with the card.
2. The Gift Card can be used in the online store and in stationary stores.
3. Execution of the Briju Gift Card in the Briju.co.uk online store is only possible if there are funds on the Briju Gift Card equal to or higher than the value of the purchase. It is not possible to partially pay with the Briju Gift Card for a purchase in the Briju online store and make a surcharge with another form of payment.
4. The Briju Gift Card is reusable, i.e. the Gift Card can be used in subsequent transactions until the assigned amount is exhausted.
5. It is possible to combine Gift Cards during one transaction in stationary stores.
6. It is not exchangeable for cash in whole or in part and cannot be returned to the Issuer.
7. If a purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the Card, the Customer is required to pay a surcharge for the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the Gift Card.
8. It is not possible to issue a duplicate Card if it is lost, stolen or expired. Locking and reserving the Gift Card is not possible.
9. Goods purchased in Briju Stores using the Briju Electronic Gift Card are subject to return in accordance with the Briju Stores return policy. Goods covered by promotions or other special price or product offers purchased in a Briju Salon using a Briju Electronic Gift Card are subject to return in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion or offer.
10. In the case of a return of Goods, purchased in the Briju.co.uk online store with the use of the Briju Electronic Gift Card, a new Briju Electronic Gift Card of the value of the return is issued in the form of an electronic code, which the User will receive at the email address provided in the purchase form in the Briju.co.uk online store. The electronic code of the Briju Virtual Gift Card can be redeemed under the same conditions as the Briju Electronic Gift Card.
11. When returning the Goods, purchased from the Briju.pl online store using the Briju Electronic Gift Card, the User will receive a refund of the equivalent of the price paid in the form of a new Briju Electronic Gift Card of the value of the return, or in cases where this is not possible by bank transfer. In this case, the condition for refunding the price of the Goods purchased with the Electronic Gift Card is to first provide the account number to which this refund is to be made.
