How to use
You can make an e-voucher in any BYTOM stationary store.
How to use the BYTOM gift card
- The term of the Gift Card is indicated directly in the message with the card.
- Electronic vouchers can be exchanged for any goods available in the BYTOM store chain.
- The user may use the BYTOM Gift Card repeatedly until the funds on the BYTOM Gift Card are exhausted, but no longer than the expiration date of the BYTOM Gift Card.
- E-vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
- In the case of exchange for goods whose value exceeds the nominal value of the code, the customer is required to pay the amount difference. In case of exchange for goods whose value is lower than the nominal value, the amount difference is not refunded.
- Payment by voucher is treated on a par with cash payment. The buyer is entitled to take advantage of discounts of promotional actions and sales in force in stores.
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate Card in case of its loss, theft or expiration. Locking and reserving the Gift Card is not possible.
- Goods purchased with the BYTOM Gift Card in stationary stores are subject to the same return policy as other Goods offered in stores.
