- If the purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the Carrefour voucher, the customer is obliged to make an additional payment of the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the Carrefour voucher.
- In the case of purchase of goods for an amount less than the value of the Carrefour voucher, the rest is not issued.
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate of the Carrefour voucher in case of loss, theft or invalidity.It is not possible to block or reserve the Carrefour voucher.
