You can start using the Circle K Digital Gift Card as soon as you receive it in an email. No additional activation is required.
To pay with the Circle K Gift Card for purchases at the station:
1. Visit a Circle K station.
2. When paying for fuel or at the car wash, just enter the card number and PIN on the screen of the dispenser or car wash.
3. You can also pay for fuel and car wash at the store. However, for all other purchases, such as coffee or hot dogs, you must enter the store. When paying in the store, show your card at the checkout.
4. You can pay with your Circle K Gift Card for all or part of your purchases.

There are no restrictions on the products you can pay for with a Circle K Gift Card. You can buy all products and services available at Circle K stations.
- The expiration date of the Circle K Gift Card is specified on the respective Circle K Gift Card.
- The Circle K Gift Card entitles you to make one or more purchases of Goods or Services at Points of Sale up to the amount allocated on the Circle K Gift Card.
- The purchase of Goods and Services using the Circle K Gift Card is possible at Sales Points at cashier stations, with the condition that if the User makes a purchase at a cashier station in a Sales Point and the price of the Goods or Services purchased by the User is higher than the amount of funds available on the Circle K Gift Card, the User is obliged to pay the price difference using another payment method accepted at the Sales Point, including another Circle K Gift Card.
- The User is not able to make payments for Goods and Services with the Circle K Gift Card at self-service cashier stations located inside the Sales Point (self-checkout stations).
- he gift card cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The gift card cannot be restored in case of loss.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
