How to use
Electronic vouchers are implemented in our cafes by entering the code located on the voucher. It can be realized in any cafe Costa Coffee in Poland. Before starting the transaction, you should show the barista the voucher with the code and inform that we want to make a payment using it. How to use the Costa Coffee voucher
- The date of the voucher is indicated directly in the message with the voucher.
- You can redeem the voucher at any COSTA COFFEE café in Poland, the addresses of the cafes can be found on the website https://www.costacoffee.pl/lokalizacja.
- The voucher can be used only within one transaction.
- One voucher can be used during an order.
- Vouchers can be combined with promotions available in cafes and with discount codes received.
- Voucher does not combine with discount codes and others from the Costa Club app.
- The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, nor is any change issued from it.
- If a purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the voucher, the customer is required to pay a surcharge for the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the voucher.If the value of the purchased goods is less than the nominal value of the voucher, we do not issue change;
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate voucher if it is lost, stolen or expired. Locking and reserving the voucher is not possible.
