Terms & Conditions
Regardless of the nominal value of the Douglas gift card, it is allowed to make purchases using simultaneously (i.e. within one purchase): a maximum of 5 cards – at Douglas perfumery and a maximum of 3 cards-in online stores at douglas.pl.
- The Douglas Gift Card is valid indefinitely.
- The Douglas Gift Card can be used both in the stationary store and online store
- The Douglas Gift Card can only be used in a single transaction.
- The Douglas Gift Card can only be used if the value of the goods or services purchased in a single transaction is equal to or greater than the value of the Electronic Douglas Gift Card to be redeemed during that transaction.
- The Douglas Gift Card can be used to pay for any product at a promotional price.
- If the User returns goods purchased in whole or in part with the Douglas Gift Card, the balance of the Douglas Gift Card will be increased by the Issuer by an amount equal to the amount spent from the Card for the returned goods.
- In the event that the value of the goods or services purchased exceeds the current value of the Douglas Gift Card, the User will be required to pay the difference in price by cash, payment card (including credit card) or other Gift Card Douglas.
- Regardless of the nominal value of the Gift Card Douglas, it is permissible to make purchases using simultaneously (i.e. in one purchase): a maximum of 5 Gift Card Douglas - in Douglas Perfumery and a maximum of 3 Gift Card Douglas - in Online Stores on douglas.co.uk.
- The Douglas Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash in whole or in part and cannot be returned to the Issuer.
- The Douglas Gift Card is not possible to issue a duplicate Card if it is lost, stolen or expired. Locking and reserving the Douglas Gift Card is not possible.
