E-gift card can be used in all DUKA stores and on the website www.duka.com.to use a gift e-card in a stationary store, you must to provide the gift card to store employee with the full e-card code. To make an e-gift card in the online store www.duka.com select "gift card" in the "select payment" area in the "basket" area, and then enter the e-card number and pin number.

Terms & Conditions
- The expiration date of the e-Gift Card is indicated directly on the Gift Card.
- It can be used in both stationary and online stores.
- The e-Gift Card is reusable, i.e. the Gift Card can be used until the assigned amount is exhausted or until the expiration date.
- Several Gift Cards can be used during one transaction.
- The e-Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash.
- At the time of payment, the balance of the e-Gift Card will be reduced by the amount of goods purchased. In case the funds on the Card are not sufficient, the Customer is obliged to pay the difference.
- The e-Gift Card is combined with promotions and discounts.
- In case of returns of full-value products purchased with the e-Gift Card, the Customer will receive another Gift Card corresponding to the value of the returned products.
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate Card in case of its loss, theft or expiration. Locking and reserving the Gift Card is not possible.
