How to use

Voucher eBilet can be redeemed in the store www.eBilet.pl.when purchasing a specific ticket, the user can use only one voucher.

The voucher eBilet cannot be redeemed for the purchase of tickets for events for which the sale is carried out in a currency other than Polish zloty.

How to use the eBilet gift card

  • The expiration date of the e-code eBilet is indicated directly in the message.
  • Voucher eBilet can be redeemed on the site www.eBilet.pl.
  • The eBilet voucher is not redeemable for cash, nor is the rest of it issued.
  • In case of making a purchase for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the eBilet gift card, the customer is obliged to make an additional payment of the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the eBilet voucher.
  • The purchase of a ticket using a eBilet voucher is subject to the availability of tickets for the event.
  • It is not possible to use a eBilet voucher to pay for a ticket for which the customer has previously paid without using a voucher. The publisher will not refund customers for the ticket if the customer decides to pay for the reservation with a eBilet voucher, after making a payment by another method.
  • It is not possible to issue a duplicate of an eBilet gift card if it is lost, stolen or expired. It is not possible to block or reserve a eBilet gift card.
  • The eBilet voucher cannot be redeemed for the purchase of tickets for events for which the sale is carried out in a currency other than Polish zloty.
