- The expiry date of the Empik gift card is indicated directly on the card.
- The Empik gift card an be realized only in the online store.
- The Empik gift card could not be exchanged for cash in whole or in part and may not be returned to the publisher.
- The expiration of the Empik e-gift card prevents you from using it and recharging it again it is not possible to make payments with an Empik e-card, an Empik gift card, your funds for orders for ebook, mp3 music or a digital game.
- If the purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the Empik gift card, the customer is obliged to make an additional payment of the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the e-card.
