How to use

How to use Flixbus voucher:

  • Select your desired trip under www.FlixBus.com
  • Enter the Voucher code during the booking process.
  • Book your trip and receive your ticket via e-mail.
  • Print the ticket or show it on your smartphone.
Voucher does not enable you to travel/ does not replace a ticket.
  • The validity period of the voucher is indicated directly in the e-mail message.
  • The voucher can be redeemed in the Flix SE Ticket Store only by persons who are at least 14 years old.
  • Gift vouchers are valid on all connections and routes available at www.flixbus.pl
  • The number of seats on buses is limited.
  • The voucher value will be deducted from the price after entering the code.
  • Only one voucher code can be entered per booking. Any remaining balance can be used again by entering the same code.
  • It is not possible to exchange the voucher for cash, receive a cash refund, or use it to purchase other goods.
  • With regard to the collection, storage, and use of personal data, the Flix SE privacy policy applies, available at www.flixbus.pl/polityka-prywatnosci
  • No reimbursement is possible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Rights that cannot be excluded by these terms remain unaffected.
