How to use

1. Visit https://goingapp.pl/ or https://empikbilety.pl/, or log in to the Going mobile app.
2. Select a ticket and proceed to payment.
3. Enter your contact information, which will be used to complete the order.
4. Check the "I have a gift card/voucher" checkbox.
5. Enter the code from the card in the empty field and click "Apply."
6. The purchase amount will be automatically reduced.

How to use an Going gift card

  • The expiration date of the e-code is indicated directly in the card.
  • The gift card can be used multiple times during its validity period or until the full available balance has been used.
  • Codes cannot be combined in a single transaction.
  • The card cannot be used to purchase tickets at Empik stores, event passes, or tickets offered in currencies other than PLN.
  • The card cannot be used to pay for any additional products or services offered through portals and apps (e.g., ticket insurance, service fees, merchandise) related to individual events.
  • If the ticket price is higher than the card balance, the user must pay the remaining amount using available payment methods.
  • The card cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, even if it is not used within the validity period.
  • After the card's expiration date, transactions cannot be made, and the voucher's validity cannot be extended.
  • If the event is cancelled or postponed, the funds will not be refunded in cash, but in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months.
