How to use the Morele Group Gift Card

1. The expiration date of the Morele Group Gift Card is indicated directly on the Gift Card.
2. The Gift Card is a one-time use and can only be used for one order involving one or more Goods.
3. The Gift Card can only be redeemed in the online store.
4. The Morele Electronic Gift Card entitles you to exchange the Card for Goods or goods available in the online store, excluding electronic products (such as licenses), other Morele Electronic Gift Cards and products from a third-party supplier's warehouse. The Morele Electronic Gift Card cannot be used to cover delivery costs, warranties, and additional services.
5. The Gift Card can be combined with other Gift Cards and with discount codes.
6. To redeem a Morele Gift Card, select products whose value is equal to or higher than the value of the card. In the shopping cart, enter the code in the space: ''Voucher or Gift Card''. Click ''use the code'' to reduce the payment by the value of the card.
7. The card can only be used if the value of the goods or services purchased in a single transaction is equal to or greater than the value of the smart card to be redeemed during that transaction.
8. Morele card does not cover the cost of delivery, warranty, and additional services.
9. In the case of purchase and installment payment, the sum corresponding to the denomination value of the Morele Gift Card will be transferred to the bank as an own deposit.
10. In the case of return of Goods purchased with the Morele Electronic Gift Card within the 14-day period or as a result of a complaint, the Publisher shall refund the payment using the same method of payment used by the User, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the User who is a Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. In the first instance, refunds are made using Morele Electronic Gift Cards.
