How to use

To use Helios gift cards, you need to present the code at the box office when purchasing a ticket.
You can also redeem the code online on the official Helios website as well as in the mobile app.

One voucher entitles you to exchange it for one cinema ticket.

How to use the Helios gift card:

  • The expiry date of the Helios gift card (Helios voucher) is indicated directly on the gift card.
  • The Helios gift card (Helios voucher) can be used in the cinema, on the website or in the mobile app.
  • Helios vouchers (gift cards) are subject to exchange for one ticket  during the validity period of the code in all Helios cinemas throughout Poland.
  • Helios vouchers (gift cards) are valid for both 2D and 3D screenings, provided that the 3D coupon price does not include the cost of glasses required for viewing in 3D.
  • The Helios gift card (Helios voucher) can be used in a single transaction.
  • The Helios gift card (Helios voucher) shall not be exchanged for cash in whole or in part and may not be returned to the publisher.
  • It is not possible to issue a duplicate of the Helios gift card if it is lost, stolen or expired.
  • After the expiry of the Helios gift card, it is not possible to execute it and it is not possible to withdraw the money remaining on the gift card.
