Gift cards issued by Kaufland in Poland are not honored by Kaufland stores abroad, just as gift cards issued by the Kaufland chain abroad are not honored at Kaufland stores in Poland.
- The valiidity date of the Kaufland gift card is indicated directly in the message with the card.
- The Kaufland gift card can be redeemed at any Kaufland store throughout Poland.
- The Kaufland gift card can be redeemed only after its presentation.
- The Kaufland gift card can be used repeatedly, i.e., until the available funds are exhausted or the expiration date.
- The Kaufland gift card is not exchanged for cash, nor is the rest of it issued.
- The Kaufland gift card entitles you to purchase all items available in the Kaufland network for an amount equal to the nominal value of the card. However, you cannot use a Kaufland gift card to pay bills at the checkout (such as electricity, water, gas).
- If the purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the Kaufland gift card, the customer is obliged to make an additional payment of the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the Kaufland gift card.
- The gift cards issued by Kaufland in Poland are not honored by Kaufland stores abroad, just as gift cards issued by the Kaufland chain abroad are not honored at Kaufland stores in Poland.
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate of the Kaufland gift card if it is lost, stolen or expired.It is not possible to block or reserve a gift card.
- Kaufland reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Amendments to the rules of procedure shall enter into force within 7 days from the date of notification. The amendment of the rules will not affect the rights and obligations of users of already issued gift cards who are consumers, unless such a change is the result of a change in the law, a decision of an authorized body or a court decision.
