How to use the eBilet gift card

• The expiration date of the e-code is indicated directly in the message.
• Voucher can be redeemed on the site www.eBilet.pl.
• The voucher is not redeemable for cash, nor is the rest of it issued.
• In case of making a purchase for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the card, the customer is obliged to make an additional payment of the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the voucher.
• The purchase of a ticket using a voucher is subject to the availability of tickets for the event.
• It is not possible to use a voucher to pay for a ticket for which the customer has previously paid without using a voucher. The publisher will not refund customers for the ticket if the customer decides to pay for the reservation with a voucher, after making a payment by another method.
• It is not possible to issue a duplicate card if it is lost, stolen or expired. It is not possible to block or reserve a gift card.
• The voucher cannot be redeemed for the purchase of tickets for events for which the sale is carried out in a currency other than Polish zloty.
