How to use

Online Shopping:

  1. Select your products and add them to your cart.
  2. At checkout, choose “Gift Card” as your payment method.
  3. Enter the card number and CVV code.
  4. Confirm the payment.


In-Store Shopping:

  1. Inform the cashier that you want to pay with a gift card.
  2. Hand over the card to be scanned.
  3. If required, provide the CVV code or PIN.
A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part, and it is also non-refundable.

How to use a Reserved Gift Card:

  • The expiration date of a Reserved gift card is indicated directly in the email notification.
  • The gift card can be used multiple times during its validity period or until all funds on the card are used.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part, and cannot be returned to the issuer.
  • The gift card allows the User to make single or multiple purchases in Stores up to the available balance on the card.
  • If a purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the Customer is required to pay the difference between the total price of the goods and the nominal value of the gift card.
  • No duplicate gift card will be issued in case of loss, theft, or expiration.
  • Blocking or reserving a gift card is not possible.
  • Gift card payments are accepted in both physical stores and online.
