In-Store Shopping:

  1. Inform the cashier that you want to pay with a gift card.
  2. Hand over the card to be scanned.
  3. If required, provide the CVV code or PIN.
Payment with a gift card is possible in both physical stores and online.

How to Use a Sinsay Gift Card:

  • The expiration date of a Sinsay gift card is indicated directly in the email you receive.
  • A gift card can be used multiple times during its validity period or until all funds are used.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part, and cannot be returned to the issuer.
  • Online purchases: Only one gift card can be used per transaction.
  • In-store purchases: More than one gift card can be used in a single transaction.
  • If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the customer must pay the difference.
  • No duplicate gift cards will be issued in case of loss, theft, or expiration.
  • Blocking or reserving a gift card is not possible.
  • Gift cards can be used both in physical stores and online.
