How to use

How to redeem a SMYK gift card in the SMYK stationary store:

When paying for purchases, show the SMYK gift card to the cashier and confirm the payment with the pin number.

How to make a SMYK gift card on the portal smyk.com:
Go to Page www.smyk.com and log in to your account.
Select a product and add it to your cart. "Move on."
Select the delivery method and payment form "gift card" and click "Add". An empty field will appear.
Fill in the blank field with the card number and pin. Confirm with the " Add " button (you can add one or more gift cards to the payment).Below you will see a list of cards added to the payment and their balance.
If the balance of the added Cards is not sufficient to cover the value of the order, select the next available payment form from the list.
"Move on" to the summary. Make sure you entered the correct shipping address. Fill in the details on the invoice.
Select "order and pay" (if you have selected a surcharge with another form of payment, you will be redirected to settle it).
The confirmation and order number will appear on the screen.

How to use the SMYK gift card

The expiry date of the SMYK gift card is indicated directly on the gift card.
Payment by the SMYK gift card is possible in stationary stores and online store.
The SMYK gift card can be used repeatedly.
You can use more than one SMYK gift card when placing an order.
The SMYK gift card shall not be exchanged for cash in whole or in part and may not be returned to the publisher.
If the purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the the SMYK gift card, the customer is obliged to make an additional payment of the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the gift card.
It is not possible to issue a duplicate of the SMYK gift card if it is lost, stolen or expired. It is not possible to block or reserve a SMYK gift card.
