Spotify's Terms of Use may include provisions relating to the collection and use of personal information, general provisions relating to Spotify's services, applicable law, mandatory arbitration (if applicable), and jurisdiction.
• The Spotify Premium gift card can only be used to purchase full-paid separate monthly Premium subscriptions. It cannot be redeemed for discounted or group subscriptions (e.g., student discounts, trials, Premium family subscriptions, or offers that combine Premium subscriptions with third-party products or services).
• The Spotify Premium gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be returned.
• The Spotify Premium gift card is for single use only. When the Spotify Premium gif card is used, the full face value of the individual account is deducted. No subsequent purchases or exchange of the Spotify Premium gif card's balance on credit are possible.
• It is not possible to issue a duplicate of the Spotify Premium gift card in the event of its loss, theft or expiry of its validity. Blocking and restriction of the Spotify Premium gift card is not possible.
