- The expiration date of the e-Gift Card is indicated directly on the Gift Card.
- It can only be redeemed in the online store.
- The e-Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash.
- The e-Gift Card also works on delivery costs.
- Multiple e-Gift Cards can be used in a single order.
- The e-Gift Card can be used in part, i.e. if the value of the order is less than the value of the card, the remaining part can be used in the next order.
- If a purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the Card, the Customer is required to pay a surcharge for the amount representing the difference between the value of the goods purchased and the nominal value of the Gift Card.
- In case of returning the Goods purchased with the Gift Card, the User gets a refund on the Gift Card used to purchase these Goods.
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate Card if the Card is lost, stolen or expired. Locking and reserving the Gift Card is not possible.
