How to use the W.KRUK gift card

1. The date of the Gift Card is indicated directly in the message with the card.
2. Codes in electronic form can be exchanged for any goods available in the W.KRUK chain of stores and in the online store https://wkruk.pl, excluding Rolex and Patek Philippe watches.
3. Codes are not redeemable for cash.
4. A maximum of 10 Gift Cards can be used during a single transaction.
5. In the case of exchange for goods whose value exceeds the nominal value of the code, the customer is obliged to pay the difference. In the case of exchange for goods whose value is lower than the nominal value of the code, the amount difference is not refunded.
6. Payment with a purchase code is considered equal to a payment in cash. The buyer has the right to take advantage of discounts on promotional campaigns and sales in stores.
7. The codes are single-use only.
8. In the case of returning the goods, paid in full via purchase codes, the buyer is returned to the buyer in an electronic form with a nominal value equal to the value of the returned goods. In the event that the buyer used a code with a nominal value lower than the value of the goods and paid the difference, the buyer is returned to the purchase code with the same nominal value as used to conclude the transaction, and the remainder of the price is returned to the buyer in the form in which it was paid.
9. It is not possible to issue a duplicate card in the event of its loss, theft or expiration. It is not possible to block and block a Gift Card.
