You can realize an e-voucher in any Vistula / Wólczanka stationary shop.
- The date of the gift card is indicated directly in the message with the card.
- E-vouchers in electronic form can be exchanged for any goods available in the Vistula, Wólczanka, Lambert chain of stores.
- E-vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- In case of exchange for goods, the value of which exceeds the nominal value of the code, the customer is obliged to pay the amount difference. In the case of exchange for goods whose value is less than the nominal value, the amount difference is not refunded.
- Payment by e-mail is treated on an equal footing with payment in cash. The buyer has the right to take advantage of discounts of promotional actions and sales applicable in stores.
- E-vouchers are single-use and have a specific expiry date. They shall cease to be valid after that date and shall not be subject to exchange or refund.
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate card if it is lost, stolen or expired. It is not possible to block or reserve a gift card.
