- The YES e-Gift Card can be redeemed for jewelry or services in YES Stores in Poland and on YES.pl.
- The YES Gift Card can be used repeatedly until the expiration date or until the funds on it are exhausted.
- During a single payment for a good or service, the Purchaser may combine several YES Gift Cards or YES Gift Cards - using the specified values available on the e-Gift Card or YES Gift Card.
- The YES Gift Card is not redeemable for cash in whole or in part and cannot be returned to the Issuer.
- The YES e-Gift Card is not an electronic payment card.
- Once a YES e-Gift Card has passed its expiration date, it is invalid and does not entitle you to make further purchases in the YES network.
- In the event that unused amounts remain on the YES Gift Card after the expiration date, such amounts are non-refundable.
- If a purchase is made for an amount in excess of the YES Gift Card's face value, the Customer is required to pay a surcharge for the amount representing the difference between the value of the goods purchased and the YES Gift Card's face value.
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate of the YES Gift Card if it is lost, stolen or expired. Locking and reserving the YES Gift Card is not possible.
- When returning a Merchandise purchased on YES.pl using a YES Gift Card, the User will receive a refund of the equivalent of the price paid in the form of an YES Gift Card of the value of the return, or in cases where this is not possible by bank transfer. In this case, the condition for refunding the price of the Goods purchased using the YES Gift Card is to first provide the account number to which the refund is to be made.
