How to use

How to use a Gift Card:

Go to the Store’s website and select the items you want to purchase.
In the order form, find the field labeled “Discount Code”.
Enter the code from your Gift Card into this field.
Click the “Apply” or “Save” button.
The value of the Gift Card will be deducted from your total order amount.

Terms & Conditions

The validity period of a KROSS Gift Card is indicated directly in the email notification.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part, and cannot be returned to the issuer.
If a purchase exceeds the nominal value of the gift card, the Customer is required to pay the difference between the total price of the goods and the nominal value of the gift card.
When purchasing a Gift Card, you cannot use any promotions that reduce the order value, including the "3% for Customers" discount.
Gift Cards of the same nominal value cannot be combined.
Gift Cards can be used to purchase a bicycle on the online store www.kross.eu with any delivery method, except for in-store pickup.
The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
The Gift Card can only be used on the online store www.kross.eu.
