    Multikino gift card

    Multikino is definitely more than a cinema. It offers both the biggest and most anticipated film premieres, as well as concerts of world stars, night marathons, broadcasts of major sporting events, broadcasts of operas, ballets and retransmissions of performances from the British national theatre.

    How to use

    Exchange of the Multikino gift card (Multikino voucher) for the ticket is possible during the validity period:

    • at the ticket office for the Multikino gift card screening 
    • via the website multikino.pl 
    • Multikino mobile application 

    Multikino vouchers (gift cards) are subject to exchange for one ticket during the validity period of the code in all Multikino cinemas throughout Poland, with the inclusion of 3D projection – in the case of 3D projection, a surcharge for 3D glasses is required in accordance with the price list of the cinema. If the Multikino gift card (Multikino voucher) is exchanged for a VIP seat, a surcharge to the VIP seat is required in accordance with the price list of the cinema.

      How to use the Multikino gift card:

      1. The expiry date of the Multikino gift card (Multikino voucher) is indicated directly on the gift card.
      2. The Multikino gift card (Multikino voucher) can be used both in the cinema and on the website.
      3. Multikino vouchers (gift cards) are subject to exchange for one ticket  during the validity period of the code in all Multikino cinemas throughout Poland, with the inclusion of 3D projection – in the case of 3D projection, a surcharge for 3D glasses is required in accordance with the price list of the cinema. If the Multikino gift card is exchanged for a VIP seat, a surcharge to the VIP seat is required in accordance with the price list of the cinema.
      4. The Multikino gift card (Multikino voucher) can be used in a single transaction.
      5. The Multikino gift card (Multikino voucher) shall not be exchanged for cash in whole or in part and may not be returned to the publisher.
      6. It is not possible to issue a duplicate of the Multikino gift card if it is lost, stolen or expired.
      7. After the expiry of the Multikino gift card, it is not possible to execute it and it is not possible to withdraw the money remaining on the gift card.
