- The expiration date of the Gift Card is indicated directly on the Gift Card.
- Gift Card to be used only on the website https://www.swiatzabawek.net.pl.
- Payment with the Gift Card is possible in the online store.
- The Gift Card can be redeemed only once.
- It is not possible to use two Gift Cards in a shopping cart, during one purchase.
- If the value of the shopping cart is less than the value of the Gift Card, the unused amount will be forfeited. The Gift Card does not reduce the cost of delivery.
- It is not exchangeable for cash in whole or in part and cannot be returned to the Issuer.
- If a purchase is made for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the card, the customer is required to pay a surcharge for the amount representing the difference between the value of the purchased goods and the nominal value of the Gift Card.
- The Gift Card is not combinable with other Gift Cards.
- The Gift Card is combined with promotions available on the site, i.e. the Gift Card can be used to pay for promotional products already discounted in the product lists.
- Gift Card does not combine with discount codes.
- It is not possible to issue a duplicate Card in case it is lost, stolen or expired. Locking and reserving the Gift Card is not possible.
- In the case of return of Goods purchased in stores using the Gift Card, the refund is made only to the Gift Card. An amount corresponding to the price of the returned Goods will be charged to the Gift Card.
