The Westwing gift card can be used both on the Westwing website. It is possible to use one code when placing an order. When completing the order, simply enter the code from the gift card, and the value of the basket will be reduced by the value of the gift card.

- The expiration date of the E - card is indicated directly on the gift card.
- It can be used both in a stationary store and online
- The E-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- In case of cancellation or withdrawal from the contract and return of the goods purchased at Westwing, the code will be valid again and its value will be equal to the value of the canceled/ returned products.
- If you do not use all the funds available on the card during one order, there is
- possibility to use them in the next order. For this purpose, we encourage you to contact the customer service department of aWestwing (email address: [email protected]).
- At the time of payment, the balance of the e-card will be reduced by the amount of purchased goods. In the event that the funds on the card will not be sufficient, the customer is obliged to pay the difference.
- In the case of returns of full-value products purchased using an E-card, the customer receives another gift card corresponding to the value of the returned products. It is not possible to issue a duplicate card if it is lost, stolen or expired. Blocking and reserving a gift card is not possible.
